We collect only the information necessary to provide high-quality learning, career mentorship, certification, and platform security:

A. Account & Contact Identifiers

• Full Name & Profile Details: To personalize your account, create verifiable graduation certificates, and display leaderboards.
• Email Address: Used as your unique account login identifier, for password resets, transactional receipts, course notifications, and critical platform alerts.
• Phone / WhatsApp Number: Used for account security, SMS verification, live session reminders, mentor coordination, and career placement updates.

B. Resume & Career Documents

• Resume / Curriculum Vitae (PDF/Docx): Uploaded when utilizing our free ATS Resume Checker, candidate profile builder, or applying to hiring partner job openings.
• Parsed Career Data: Extracted skills, work history, educational qualifications, project links, and portfolio URLs.

C. Financial & Payment Information

• Transaction Records: Order ID, amount paid, GST number, billing address, currency, and payment timestamp.
• No Raw Card Storage: All credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking transactions are processed directly by certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateways (such as Razorpay). TechVedhu never stores your full card number, CVV, or banking PIN on our servers.

D. LMS Usage, Academic Performance & Telemetry

• Learning Progress: Video watch completion percentage, quiz scores, assignment submissions, practical coding results, and daily login streaks.
• Technical Telemetry: IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, session duration, and security audit logs to prevent account sharing and unauthorized access.

4. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate educational, operational, and commercial purposes:

• Delivering course curriculum, live interactive meetings, and personalized AI mentor feedback.
• Issuing verifiable, tamper-evident graduation and internship completion certificates.
• Providing real-time ATS resume keyword analysis, formatting score reports, and optimization suggestions.
• Facilitating job referrals and interview scheduling with approved hiring partners (with candidate consent).
• Complying with statutory accounting, tax, and GST reporting obligations.
• Protecting platform infrastructure against malicious attacks, DDoS, and account compromise.

5. Resume & ATS Document Processing

When you upload a resume to the TechVedhu ATS Resume Checker:

• The document is parsed in memory to extract text, formatting structures, and keyword density.
• Resume files are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption.
• Your resume is never sold to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies. It is only shared with prospective employer partners when you explicitly apply for a job posting on our platform.
• You may delete your uploaded resume at any time directly through your account settings or by requesting removal.

6. Payment & Financial Data Security

All monetary transactions conducted on TechVedhu Academy are secured using end-to-end encrypted payment gateways compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Upon successful purchase, automated GST-compliant tax invoices are generated and stored in your student billing history.

7. Third-Party Disclosures & Processors

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Data is shared exclusively with vetted service providers supporting essential platform functionalities:

• Cloud Infrastructure & CDN: Secure server hosting and high-speed video content delivery networks (Bunny CDN).
• Payment Processors: Razorpay / Stripe for processing tuition and assessment fees.
