1. DEFINITIONS

• "Software" - Any executable files, help files, documentation, or content made available by the Company for download, installation, or purchase.

2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT

A contract would exist between Us and you as soon as you make the initial payment for booking our services.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

"We create a dynamic, industry-aligned learning environment that immerses developers in real-world, work-like micro-experiences. Developers gain hands-on exposure to practical problem-solving and industry-relevant challenges through our platform. Our services include structured learning content, a simulated work infrastructure, access to Git accounts and code stubs, provisioned virtual machines, an integrated test suite and assessment system, collaborative Slack workspaces, mentorship (both virtual and in-person), and career development support."

4. REGISTRATION

Users must register to access our services.

• Registration may be facilitated via third-party platforms such as Razorpay or PhonePe link.
• Demo class access may be provided.

5. PAYMENT

Registration is free for the platform.

Payment is required for premium services.

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, digital wallets, internet banking, or NBFC loans. Third-party payment providers process transactions, and their terms apply.

6. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• Subscription plans cannot be changed or cancelled after payment.
• No refunds shall be provided.
• There is no refund policy.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to user system limitations.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

"We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content and representations available on our website. We disclaim any liability for the performance or reliability of services provided by third-party payment gateways. Additionally, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or acts of terrorism. We do not assume liability for service interruptions or data loss during internet transmissions. Furthermore, we have no control over third-party content, advertisements, or external links featured on our platform."

8. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

By using this Website, you acknowledge and agree that your access is restricted, and you shall not:

• Provide false, fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Share content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

• You may discontinue from our services at any point of time, by either opting out of your membership from the Website or by writing to us at support@techvedhu.com.
• We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your use of the Website without notice or any liability for reasons of breach of the terms mentioned herein.
• We also reserve the right to deny access to particular Users, to all/any of the services without any prior notice or explanation in order to protect the interests of other visitors to the Website.
• You shall continue to be bound by these Terms, and shall have no right to terminate these Terms till the expiry of the same.

10. INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and applicable interest) that arise from:

• Your breach of any representation, warranty, obligation, or agreement under these Terms.
• Any third-party claims resulting from: Your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your infringement of another’s rights, any alleged misconduct related to the Services, or your actions on or in connection with the Website.

You further agree to fully cooperate with Us in defending any such claims at your own expense and shall not enter into any settlement without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities—arising from your use of or inability to access the Website or Services. Customers have no rights to use the Website’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, content, or other proprietary materials, except as explicitly permitted under these Terms. All such intellectual property belongs solely to the Company or the respective copyright/trademark owner.

The Company retains exclusive ownership of all designs, graphics, and related elements of the Website, including but not limited to applications developed by the Company.

The Website contains copyrighted materials, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and proprietary information, including text, software, photos, videos, graphics, music, and sound, all of which are protected under applicable copyright laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering any part of the Website’s software. Unauthorized copying or adaptation of the Website’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript, is not permitted.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content from the Website that is alleged to infringe upon another party’s intellectual property rights.

12. NOTICES

Any communication relating to any dispute or grievance experienced by the User may be communicated to the Company by the Customer by emailing peopleoperation@techvedhu.com.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the complete and final understanding between the User and the Company, overriding all previous agreements, communications, or representations, whether written or oral.

Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time does not waive their right to enforce it later. No waiver of a specific breach, whether explicit or implied, shall be considered a waiver of any future or different breach.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent legal authority, the rest of the Terms shall remain in full effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
